If you are searching these reviews looking for an indication to take a chance on L3 for your next project, you have come to the correct post. The only thing I knew about L3 before inquiring a consultation was what I saw on Yelp. I had no referral or personal connection to any of their previous jobs. I was in a spot where I was reaching out to contractors that I was being referred to and not receiving any call backs. There were 6 different contractors that had ghosted me before I came across L3 on Yelp. When it came to choosing a contractor, I initially only felt comfortable going with someone that a friend or family member could refer as there is a lot of money involved for a kitchen remodel. However, I knew I was in good hands with L3 (a company I had no connection to) when I received an answer 10 minutes after reaching out to Megan for a consultation. She was communicative and showed a sincere interest in my project. L3 came out for a consultation the following day. Throughout the construction process not once did I not feel unheard or felt like they were not doing enough to create my dream kitchen. They pushed through all obstacles they came across and offered great alternative suggestions for the ones they were not able to get over. They cared about the integrity of my home. Everyday they ended by picking/cleaning up their mess to ensure my family would come home to a safe environment. I would choose them again for my next project. Thank you, L3. Note: I did wait an entire year to post this. I wanted to give an honest review to the pride they put in their projects. We have not had any issues since they finished (knock on wood).

Jimmy and crew at L3 did an amazing job renovating our 3 season room! The challenge was trying to keep the simple, laid back aesthetics of the room while optimizing functionality-Perfectly achieved. All the windows are now insulated and energy efficient. The framing is pressure treated cedar capable of withstanding the harsh Midwest climate on its own, but since L3 sealed and wrapped every joint, there is no way any water or snow melt is getting in (which was previously a big problem). We are very happy with the work, love the fact that they are local and will 100% be using them for our next project.
